These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Legacy Mobile Services LLC (“Legacy”) website and all mobile services offered. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Legacy provides mobile oil changes and basic automotive maintenance. All services depend on technician availability and safe working conditions at the service location.
2. Appointment Requirements
Customers must:

Provide accurate vehicle and contact information

Ensure the vehicle is accessible, legally parked, and on level ground

Remove obstructions or hazards from the service area
-
Be available or reachable during the scheduled appointment
Legacy may cancel or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe or the information provided is inaccurate.
3. Payments
Payment is due before or at the time of service.
We accept approved electronic and card payments through secure processors.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of service and/or refusal of future service.
4. Refund Policy
Legacy Mobile Services LLC strives for complete satisfaction. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
Full Refunds Are Available When:

Service is canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment

Legacy cannot complete the service due to technician or equipment issues

Overpayment or duplicate charges occur
Partial Refunds or No Refunds Apply When:

You cancel within 24 hours of the appointment

Work has already been started or completed
-
A service cannot be completed due to customer-provided incorrect information

Unsafe conditions prevent completion of service

Customer-supplied parts fail or cause additional damage
Refunds, when approved, are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
5. Service Limitations
Legacy Mobile Services LLC will not perform services in or on:

Unsafe terrain (steep slopes, uneven ground, soft ground, or icy surfaces)
-
Areas where automotive work is prohibited (private property restrictions, HOAs, etc.)

Locations deemed unsafe due to weather, traffic, or other hazards
Mechanical Limitations
We do not diagnose or repair major mechanical issues.
We do not guarantee results or performance of:

Customer-supplied parts
-
Vehicles with pre-existing mechanical issues
-
Vehicles modified beyond original specifications
Vehicle Condition
If a vehicle has pre-existing leaks, stripped components, damaged drain plugs, or other issues that make service unsafe or impossible, Legacy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service.
6. Liability & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law:

Pre-existing vehicle conditions

Damage resulting from failing mechanical parts

Issues caused by debris, rust, modifications, or poor previous service

Damage caused by customer-supplied parts

Delays due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.
No Guarantee or Warranty
Legacy guarantees that all work is performed professionally and competently.
However, we do not guarantee:

Vehicle performance
-
Longevity of parts
-
That a vehicle is free from other mechanical issues not related to our service
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:

Ensure safe working conditions

Provide truthful and accurate information
-
Secure pets, children, and obstacles during service

Notify Legacy of leaks, damage, or concerns with your vehicle

Follow recommended service intervals
8. Intellectual Property
All website content—including logos, branding, text, images, graphics, and layouts—is the property of Legacy Mobile Services LLC.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes become effective immediately when posted.
