Refund Policy

Legacy Mobile Services - Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/15/2026

Legacy Mobile Services LLC. ("we," "us," "our") is committed to providing quality mobile automotive services. Because our services involve labor, time and consumable materials, the following refund policy applies.

1. Service Satisfaction

If you believe a service was not performed correctly, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, if appropriate, correct the issue at additional labor cost. 

Our goal is to make it right - not to leave you dissatisfied.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
 

•The service was not performed at all.
The wrong service was performed due to our error. 
•A duplicate payment was processed.

Approved refunds will be issued only for the labor portion of the service, unless otherwise required by law.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once the service has begun or materials have been used:

•Oil, filters, windshield wipers, Rain-X, and other consumables.
•Diagnostic time and inspection services.
•Services declined or charged after arrival
•Services preformed correctly but later deemed unnecessary by the customer.

4. Mobile Service Fees

Any trip, mobile service, or convenience fees are non-refundable, as time and travel are incurred regardless of service completion.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

•Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable.

6. Weather & Access Delays

Refunds will not be issued for delays or rescheduling caused by:

• Unsafe weather conditions
• Inaccessible vehicles
• Locked vehicles or missing keys
•Incorrect service location provided by the customer.

7. Fleet Accounts

Fleet clients are subject to the terms outlined in their Fleet Service Agreement. Any refund or credit requests must follow the agreement terms and will generally be handled as account credits, not cash refunds.

8. Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Legacy Mobile Services LLC directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or denial of future service. 

9. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

10. Policy Changes

Legacy Mobile Services LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of service will apply.
